Montreal – One of Canada’s largest independent healthcare companies, Christie Innomed has announced its first foray into the US market with the acquisition of long-established medical imaging hardware and software solutions company Comp-Ray. Comp-Ray offers multi-vendor sales and service (MVS) solutions, servicing from its Arizona headquarters to the Southwestern United States.
The acquisition continues Christie Innomed’s commitment to improving patient health and safety by becoming the industry’s largest independent healthcare company.
The combination of these two leaders gives customers and suppliers access to a broad portfolio of multi-vendor solutions and services (MVS). Christie also said that the two companies share values that put people at the center of every relationship and value respect, honesty and integrity in the business.
Comp-Ray has been a multi-vendor equipment solution in the medical imaging field for over 40 years using world-renowned technologies such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computer tomography (CT), and angiography. We have provided the full range of (MVS). (IXR) and Diagnostic System (PACS).
