Nous Group has over the past months strengthened its Principal rank in Australia with the hire of Brenden Carriker, Jodi Letz and Paul Eleftheriou.
Brenden Carriker brings extensive experience in the public sector to the firm, having served the City of Melbourne for over a decade across two spells. During this period, he led and worked on complex projects in higher education, city planning, waste and resource recovery, and visitor services.
In his latter role, he led CityLab, the City of Melbourne’s in-house innovation and change consultancy. In between government service, Carriker focused on experience and design consulting at Huddle.
At Nous Group, Carriker helps public sector clients with services including strategy, engagement, human-centred design, transformation and change.

Jodi Letz is a transformation professional, advisor and change expert with two decades of experience in management consulting, financial services, people and projects. Her global experience spans Australia, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and the United States.
Letz most recently served as the Head of Commonwealth Bank’s Transformation practice for the Institutional Banking & Markets division. In the role, she led a portfolio of agile, change and technology projects.
Earlier in her career, she spent a decade at South African bank FNB, where she among others led the Finance PMO and the bank’s financial technology strategy and projects portfolio. In between her banking career, Letz had a brief stint at PwC in its consulting division.
At Nous Group, Letz advises and supports clients on topics including strategy design, portfolio management, implementation and change delivery; as well as culture, leadership and capability development.

Paul Eleftheriou brings extensive experience in senior roles across the Victorian health system to Nous Group. He joins from Western Health, where he was the Chief Medical Officer for four years, and before that he spent four years at Austin Health (as Deputy Chief Medical Officer) having been a medical practitioner for close to a decade.
At Nous Group, Eleftheriou supports government, private and not-for-profit clients across the health sector on topics including clinical governance, organisational structure, healthcare innovation, patient experience. operations, people management, and commercialisation.
Alongside his role as a consultant, Eleftheriou serves as an Adjunct Professor at Victoria University. An educator for more than a decade, he is a regular speaker at conferences and facilitator of workshops.
