Pear Suite, a StartUp Health portfolio company working to empower community health workers and better address the social determinants of health (SDOH), announced the closing of $2.5M in seed funding. The funding will enable the Honolulu, HI-based company to support community health workers to better act on SDOH data as well as expand the company’s efforts within the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. The investment round was led by Mucker Capital, Impact Engine, American Heart Association, Sweater Ventures, and Atento Capital, with support from Techstars, Open Venture Capital, Incisive Ventures, Lair East Labs, StartUp Health, and Third Act Ventures. <source>

Amino Health, a San Francisco, CA-based digital healthcare guidance company, raised $80M led by Transformation Capital and Oxford Finance. <source>

Hippocratic AI, a Palo Alto, CA-based startup building artificial intelligence models for the healthcare industry, raised $50M co-led by General Catalyst and Andreessen Horowitz (A16z). <source>

Embr Labs, a Boston, MA-based maker of a wearable to treat the symptoms of menopause, raised $35M led by GT Investment Partners in collaboration with Aon plc. <source>

Wellthy, a New York, NY-based provider of a care concierge platform, raised $25.5M from Citi Impact Fund, Cercano Management, and Stardust Equity. <source>

Prognos Health, a New York, NY-based real-world integrated data marketplace, raised $23M co-led by Marshall Wace and Safeguard Scientifics, with participation from Cigna Ventures, Hikma Ventures, Hunt Holdings, Labcorp, Maywic, Merck Global Health Innovation Fund, and Red and Blue Ventures. <source>

Diligent Pharma, a Princeton, NJ-based vendor qualification and risk management platform for clinical trials, raised $8.27M led by FCA Venture Partners, with participation from PJC, and GenHenn Capital. <source>

Lavita AI, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of an AI+Web3 healthcare platform, raised $5M led by Camford Capital and angel investors. <source>

FemTherapeutics, a Montreal, ON, Canada-based medtech startup that designs personalized gynecological prosthetics for women suffering from pelvic floor disorders, raised $1.85M led by 2048 Ventures, with participation from Investissement Quebec, The51 Ventures, Sheboot, and angel investors. <source>

Cascade Health, a Seattle, WA-based provider of a healthcare transparency platform, raised $1.7M led by AlleyCorp, with participation from angel investors. <source>
